Terms of Use

These terms apply to this website and to the products of DATA TECH COMPANY FOR DESIGNING AND PROGRAMMING CUSTOM SOFTWARE ("DataTech", "we"), Salmiya, Kuwait: Tartib, OrderTech, AssetsTech and their apps. A business that subscribes may also have a separate agreement with us; where the two differ, that agreement applies.

Using the service

• A business is responsible for who it gives access to, for the roles it assigns, and for the information it enters.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• Do not try to reach another business's data, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your data

A business's data belongs to that business. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and the business can export it.

Prices and payment

Subscriptions are priced per location, vehicle or screen, as published on each product's prices page or as agreed with the business. Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars unless stated otherwise.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and improve it continually, and we may change features over time. Where a change removes something a business relies on, we will tell the business first.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees the business paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction.
