This policy explains how DATA TECH COMPANY FOR DESIGNING AND PROGRAMMING CUSTOM SOFTWARE ("DataTech", "we") handles personal information on this website and in our products: Tartib, OrderTech, AssetsTech and the apps that come with them.

Who is responsible

When a business uses our products, that business decides what information about its staff and customers goes in and why. For that information we act on the business's behalf and follow its instructions; questions about it are best sent to the business first.

What we collect

• Account information — name, work email, phone and role of the people who sign in.
• Business records — what a business enters or imports: locations, products, stock, sales, staff records, customers and loyalty balances.
• Usage and security records — sign-ins, the device and browser used, and an audit trail of changes, kept so that a business can see who did what.
• Messages you send us — when you contact us by email or phone.

This website itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To provide, secure and support the products a business has chosen.
• To send the messages a business has set up and approved — for example an app notification to its customer.
• To answer you, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use a business's data for anything other than providing the service to that business.

Where it is kept, and who else sees it

Data is stored on Google Cloud. Each business's data is kept separate from every other business's. We use a small number of service providers to run the products — hosting, email, text messages and app notifications, and payment processing where a business turns it on — and they receive only what they need to do that job. We share information with authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as the business uses the service, and afterwards for as long as the law or the business's own records require. Records are archived rather than silently deleted, so that a business can always see its history; a business can ask us to export or remove its data when it leaves.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or remove information about you. If a business holds it, we will pass your request to that business. Write to hussain@datatech.systems.
